Managing Completed Stocktake Batches

Once you have entered all the item counts into a stocktake batch, you can perform a number of actions to process the batch and complete the stocktake process. These actions are available under the FILE menu on the Stocktake Batch screen.

They include:

• add a smaller batch to a master batch - refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Post to Existing"
• print a Stocktake Processing Report to review discrepancies in stock count quantities before posting the batch - refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Print Processing Report"
• create a variance batch to identify any discrepancies in the stocktake figures and enter second count quantities - refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Create Variance Batch"
• post the batch to process the stocktake and update the inventory files - refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Post Stocktake"
• delete a batch you no longer require - refer to "Stocktake Batch - File - Delete".
